Bio: Cindy T. Carvalho MAI is a 5th generation native to Denver, Colorado, and has been with Trans Lending Corporation over 20 years. Cindy has 30 years of commercial mortgage banking and appraisal experience beginning in 1984 when she started working as a commercial loan packager for large commercial loans at one of Denver’s oldest and most venerable commercial real estate firms. 

 Throughout the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, Cindy was a commercial and residential fee appraiser – she earned her MAI  designation in 1992 - and then worked as a Commercial Loan Analyst for office buildings, industrial, multi-family and retail transactions. 

She came to Trans Lending Corporation in 1996 to originate her own transactions. Cindy specializes in apartment loans from $200,000 to $20,000,000 nationwide; and also finances office buildings, industrial and retail centers. 

She has closed over $500,000,000 in Oklahoma, Alaska, Florida, Georgia, California, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and South Carolina, North Carolina, Michigan and Arkansas. Cindy earned the CCIM designation in 2009.

Cindy is current on continuing education requirements for both Appraisal and CCIM institutes and was a 2017 nominee for Women of Influence award in finance for the Denver Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Bio: Jack Wiederecht is a real estate executive with over 35 years experience in the residential and commercial mortgage business and is currently Owner/President of Trans Lending Corporation, formed in 1989.  TLC is a commercial loan brokerage active nationwide; Jack has been involved in originating over $1,000,000,000 of commercial mortgages for apartment, retail, office and industrial properties.

In addition, Jack has been active in the residential purchase loan market and has developed/nurtured Realtor business contacts as well as becoming active and successful in the placement of construction, acquisition and development loans.

As Owner/President of Trans Lending, Jack put together a nationwide 1st mortgage loan program for Matrix Capital Bank.  This program targeted apartment and single-tenant commercial properties.  It involved developing loan policy, underwriting guidelines and loan documentation requirements that resulted in $350,000,000 of closed loans for Matrix Capital Bank.  Given Trans Lending’s success, Matrix made Jack’s program available to approved mortgage brokers nationwide.

Jack started out researching and underwriting title policies for residential and commercial properties and Transamercia Title (now Chicago Title).  Jack then worked for Colorado Savings and Loan – his responsibilities included overseeing the underwriting of all commercial loans and residential jumbo loans, as well as forming pools for sale to Freddie Mac, FNMA and FHA as well as private portfolio purchases.  

With these contacts, Jack formed Trans Lending Corporation.
